Welcome to Thunderland! Inspired by the legendary sword of King Arthur, the Excalibur Hotel and Casino brings a medieval flair to the Las Vegas Strip. Opened in 1990 by Circus Circus Enterprises, founder William Bennet even visited European castles to capture the authentic vibe. Once the world’s largest hotel, it held that title until the MGM Grand opened in 1993.
For royal-worthy entertainment, Excalibur delivers with Tournament of Kings, the Strip's longest-running dinner show, complete with live jousting and medieval spectacle! In 2001, the Thunder from Down Under Show officially moved into the hotel and has been the longest-running male revue show ever since.
