- The Mad Apple Theater is the primary performance area inside the hotel where 1,170 seats are divided across two levels - the core or 'showroom' and a balcony.
- The theater features two levels of seating, divided further into three sections, with sections 102-103 offering the best views. Sections 101-104 and 201-205 are at the first 'showroom' level, arranged in a fashion similar to a basketball court.
- Sections 202 and 204 are at the back, but provide good value for their price, while sections 301-305 offer elevated views from the second level. Before the show, the stage transforms into a bar where guests can socialize.
