The site of the Planet Hollywood Hotel has served several hotels and casinos since it was first acquired in 1962. It's had an exciting journey, from being the only resort in Nevada without a casino to an Arabian-themed resort. In 2004, the space was sold to Planet Hollywood International, which subsequently added several theaters, ballrooms, casinos, a shopping mall, and world-class rooms to cement its position in the live entertainment industry. Its star-studded affairs have made the venue one of the most popular destinations in the city. The resort also shares its name with the corporation's largest venture - the Planet Hollywood restaurant chain.

The theater is the epicenter of A-list entertainment in Las Vegas, with one of the largest indoor projection surfaces, a groundbreaking D&B sound system, and exclusive VIP services.
